I became a Hypnobirthing practitioner 15 years ago, inspired by my own powerful birth experiences. Since then, I have worked with hundreds of women and their partners, helping them release the fears and tensions they have around labour and childbirth, and facilitating their reconnection with their own innate birthing wisdom. I have trained with Michel Odent and Ina May Gaskin and incorporate their teachings and my own mindfulness practice into my work. My experience of working with birth partners led me to create The Calm Dad's Guide to Birth, a resource to help dads be incredible birth partners.
