PRIVATE SESSIONS VIA ZOOM

These individualised programmes usually consist of three, 90-minute sessions and can be specifically adapted to your needs. I advise women to begin these sessions any time from around 24 weeks, and the sessions are generally held a week apart.

Whether your birth companion is your partner, your mother or your friend, they are invited to fully participate in the sessions. The programme includes lots for them to understand their role as birth companion and to help make theirs and yours the best birth experience possible. Partners consistently say that the sessions were invaluable to their role as birth companion.
